When a phone number is not captured for a lead or if attempts to make contact by phone are unsuccessful, TrackBack Email enables you to monitor how dealerships handle leads by email.

Our communications platform integrates with brands' CRM and lead management systems, replacing the email addresses of sales leads with tracking email addresses, which include the OEM’s brand name to help prove the authenticity of the sender. This allows us to measure if and when those leads are contacted. With TrackBack Email, OEMs and dealers can see how quickly leads were followed up by email. It also confirms the delivery of the email and whether it was opened by the customer.
