TRACKBACK SERVICES INTEGRATION

TrackBack services integrate with your existing CRM or LMS. We work with clients to define their scoring metrics and criteria in adherence with their existing business rules and processes. An integration specification document will be developed so that all stakeholders agree with and understand the implementation strategy and timings.

Security is a priority. TrackBack have been integrating their systems with some of the world’s most demanding corporations globally for nearly 20 years. We never take that trust lightly.

Once the development is underway, the TrackBack project team will conduct weekly update meetings to keep the client team up to date with progress through the implementation process.

The development team will complete functional, integration, and end-to-end testing before submitting it for user acceptance testing. Training and support materials will be provided for users, and the implementation will go live.

Typically, we can go from contract to live, anywhere, in just a few weeks.

TrackBack Implementation Key Stages

Our implementation process is structured in key stages to ensure seamless integration and effective use of TrackBack services.

Stage One: Define Brand-Specific Requirements/Business Rules

In this initial stage, our team works with the client to understand their individual business needs. These conversations involve specifying scoring metrics, user roles, and any existing business processes and rules that need to be taken into account. This will ensure the integration aligns with the brand’s business goals and improve their operational efficiency.

Stage Two: Prepare and Agree
on Integration Specification Document

Having identified the requirements, we draft a comprehensive Integration Specification Document that outlines technical specifications, workflows, and functional elements of the integration. All stakeholders review and approve thisdocument so that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the scope and objectives of the project.

Stage Three: Prepare and Agree
on Project Plan and Timings

Here, we create a more detailed project plan that includes key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. This plan is reviewed with the client to provide a clear roadmap of what happens, when, and by whom. Potential risks and dependencies are identified and addressed during this stage in order that all expectations are understood and met.

Stage Four: Create a Project Team
of TrackBack and Client Staff

A collaborative Project Team is formed from members of both the TrackBack team and the client who will oversee the implementation process. It is the responsibility of the whole team to ensure communication flows smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly to keep the project on course.

Stage Five: Start Development
with Weekly Update Meetings

We hold weekly meetings to update the Project Team on progress, discuss challenges encountered, and make any necessary adjustments. This ongoingcommunication ensures alignment and facilitates speedy resolution of any issues arising during the development phase.

Stage Six: Functional, Integration,
and End-to-End Testing

Thorough testing is conducted to ensure everything works as it should. This includes functional testing of individual elements, integration testing to confirm that all parts work together, and end-to-end testing of the whole process to simulate real-world examples that can uncover any issues.

Stage Seven: User
Acceptance
Testing

During User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the client has the opportunity to ensure the solution meets their requirements. Using feedback from this phase, we make any necessary last tweaks before the final launch.

Stage Eight: Training and
Support Materials

To make the transition as smooth as possible for users, we provide detailed training materials and support documentation tailored to each client. This ensures that users are well-prepared to use the new system without any hurdles, and any questions or challenges that arise can be addressed prior to the launch.

Stage Nine: Launch

Finally, after testing and training is complete, the official launch of the integration goes ahead. The TrackBack team remains on call to help resolve any concerns to ensure the go-live is as seamless as possible.
